Job summary

TriNet Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to pursue new prospects and grow a book of business. You will sell TriNet’s comprehensive HR solution to small and mid-size companies, manage a defined territory, and work with executives to present tailored proposals.

You will build a strong pipeline, conduct meetings, write proposals, and navigate a multi-step sales process to exceed quotas while representing TriNet’s core values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years in B2B complex sales cycle.
• PEO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and hit targets in defined territory across multiple states/regions.
• Prospect and build a balanced pipeline through outreach and partnerships.
• Qualify opportunities quickly to move deals forward.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders.
