TriNet Group, Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant to pursue new prospects and build a book of business within companies with 5-99 employees.

You will present TriNet’s comprehensive HR solution, including benefits, payroll, and HR services, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing with executive-level stakeholders. The role requires at least 3 years in B2B complex sales, strong communication, and the ability to develop partnerships with ecosystem partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in B2B complex sales cycle role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and hit targets in defined territory with a multi-state focus.
• Prospect and build a balanced pipeline through multiple channels.
• Qualify opportunities and establish a trusted advisor relationship.
• Execute a multi-step selling process with executive sponsorship.
