TriNet is seeking a Sales Consultant to power business success with extraordinary HR by pursuing new prospects, presenting TriNet’s comprehensive HR solution to 5-99 employee companies, and building a personal book of business within your designated territory.

You will prospect, run sales meetings with prospective clients including C-level executives, write proposals, and guide decisions through a structured sales process to exceed quota while maintaining TriNet’s standards and values.

Qualificações

• Three-plus years in B2B complex sales cycles.
• PEO experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan to hit targets within defined territory.
• Prospect and build a balanced pipeline.
• Qualify opportunities quickly to disqualify or pursue.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Navigate a multi-step sales process and manage multiple opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and quoting tools to stay organized.
• Meet quota targets and complete administrative tasks on time.
• Demonstrate TriNet’s core values daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
