Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive growth in a defined Florida territory, selling TriNet's HR solutions to companies with 5–99 employees. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, using Salesforce and related tools to manage activities and pipeline.

You will build a book of business, qualify opportunities, and present compelling value propositions to business owners and C-level executives. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in B2B sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years B2B complex sales cycle required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and hit annual targets in a defined territory.
• Prospect, build pipeline, and manage opportunities.
• Present proposals to prospective clients, including C-level executives.
• Utilize Salesforce.com and other tools to manage daily activities.
• Develop ecosystem partnerships to generate referrals and opportunities.
• Balance multiple opportunities through a multi-step sales process.
