Qualifications

• 5+ years in inside or outside B2B sales with proven success.

Responsabilités

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within your client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive opportunities.
