HR Solutions Sales is a consultative, cross-functional sales role designed for experienced sellers who can connect

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in complex or solution-based sales.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll into broader HR solutions.
• Strong business acumen to assess client needs and tailor solutions.
• Presence, adaptability, and confidence engaging business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience collaborating across teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Leadership experience or exposure to cross-functional selling environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships; expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
