Job summary

Paychex is expanding its HR solutions suite to help businesses manage payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance more effectively. In this consultative sales role, you’ll partner with existing clients to uncover opportunities, drive adoption of integrated HR solutions, and deliver measurable value across a broad portfolio.

You’ll lead conversations with business owners and decision-makers, coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions that fit client needs and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional sales experience in complex or solution-based sales.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll.
• Strong business acumen to assess client needs and tailor solutions.
• Experience collaborating across teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Leadership or cross-functional selling exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
