Job summary

Paychex is a leading provider of payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services. The HR Solutions Sales role partners with existing clients to uncover opportunities, expand adoption, and deliver integrated HR solutions that address compliance and workforce challenges.

This consultative, cross-functional sales position is designed for experienced sellers who can connect payroll to broader HR solutions and drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside or outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling HR or payroll solutions is a plus.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and tailor solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle with upselling and expansion within current client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive new opportunities.
