Paychex is hiring for an HR Solutions Sales role in the United States. You will partner with existing clients to uncover opportunities and deliver integrated HR solutions across HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

This consultative, cross-functional position requires selling beyond payroll and expanding within an established client base, driving measurable business impact and career growth within Paychex.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in complex or solution-based sales.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll into broader HR solutions.
• Experience collaborating across teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
