Paychex is leading the way in delivering integrated HR, payroll, benefits, and advisory services through a connected HCM platform. In the HR Solutions Sales role, you will partner with existing clients to identify needs, expand adoption, and drive value across HR, payroll, and compliance.

You’ll engage business owners with consultative conversations, deliver tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside B2B sales.
• Experience across multiple sectors including HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and tailor solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
