Paychex is seeking an experienced HR Solutions Sales professional in the Los Angeles area to partner with existing clients, uncover opportunities, and deliver integrated HR solutions that address HR, compliance, and workforce challenges.

This consultative, cross-functional sales role focuses on expanding within an established client base and delivering value beyond payroll. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored HR solutions and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• 3 years in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR services, or related fields.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll.
• Strong business acumen to assess client needs and tailor solutions.
• Experience collaborating across teams on integrated outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle with upselling and expansion.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting for new opportunities.
