Paychex is expanding its HR Solutions Sales team in Cincinnati to deepen client relationships and deliver integrated HR solutions that address payroll, benefits, and compliance challenges.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• Experience in selling HR solutions, payroll, benefits, or compliance is a plus.
• Ability to engage business owners and decision-makers to uncover opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
