Job summary

Paychex is expanding its HR Solutions Sales team to help businesses manage payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance as part of a connected HCM platform. This consultative, cross-functional role focuses on expanding relationships within existing clients and delivering integrated HR solutions that address workforce challenges.

You’ll lead conversations with business owners to uncover needs, upsell ASO solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to provide client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• Experience selling HR, payroll, benefits, or compliance solutions.
• Driver's License Required.
• Experience collaborating across teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions
• Sell Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities
