Job summary

Perforce Software, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as trusted advisor to designated leaders. This hands-on role intersects people and business strategy, translating goals into people solutions and driving business impact.

You’ll work cross-functionally to manage performance cycles, workforce planning, and change while applying data insights and AI tools to HR processes. The position emphasizes governance, policy compliance, and collaboration with TA to align hiring with growth.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in progressive HR roles with HRBP exposure.
• Ability to partner with business leaders and translate goals into people solutions.
• Experience across performance management, talent planning, employee relations, org design and change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for business leaders; understand KPIs and challenges.
• Advise on org structure, role design, and workforce planning aligned to priorities.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Generalists, and COEs across geographies.
• Guide performance cycles, calibrations, and talent reviews for client group.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring plans with growth.
• Support succession planning and identify high-potential talent.
• Manage employee relations with sound judgement and escalation when needed.
• Use people data to identify risks and opportunities; translate themes into actions.
• Apply AI tools to analyze data and surface patterns; enhance governance and prep leadership conversations.
• Support change management and champion Perforce culture and values.
