Job summary

Meta is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our tech and/or business organizations in Bellevue, WA. This role combines hands-on and strategic work to cultivate an innovative community and scalable people programs.

The candidate will partner with leadership to design solutions, drive talent strategies, and coach at all levels, while collaborating with Recruiting, L&D, Legal and HR Programs to scale the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
• Experience helping global and/or highly matrixed organizations scale.
• Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business.
• Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
• Empathy and experience driving community-building work.
• Project management and change management experience.
• Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and cultivate cross-team relationships.
• Proven ability to influence and strategically solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver targeted solutions with focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning and team building.
• Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels.
• Assess organizational development needs and implement solutions.
• Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting based on business needs.
• Drive talent management strategies to support growth and development plans.
• Manage the Performance Summary Cycle and annual employee engagement survey.
• Partner with Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs to scale the business.
• Collaborate with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution; support employee relations as needed.
• Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings; participate in HR projects.
