Primarily based in Hebron, OH, the HR Business Partner supports our Central Ohio Operations facilities and corporate functions. You will partner with leaders across brands to manage employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition support, performance management, compliance, and HRIS data integrity.

Responsibilities include fostering engagement, workforce planning, onboarding/offboarding, and conducting investigations with fairness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field; SPHR/PHR preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in high-volume distribution/manufacturing.
• Strong project management background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborate effectively.
• Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations; compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems.
