Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC is seeking an HR Business Partner to support all HR functions across centralized Ohio facilities. The role partners with leaders to manage employee relations, onboarding, performance, and development while ensuring compliance and HRIS data integrity.

Based in Hebron, OH, the HRBP will lead engagement initiatives, workforce planning, and training, working with multiple brands. Requires 5+ years HR experience and SPHR/PHR preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in HR; SPHR/PHR preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience in high-volume environment.
• Strong project management and multi-priority handling.
• Excellent communication and confidential information handling.

Responsibilities

• Support all HR functions across multiple brands and locations.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
• Handle employee relations, policy compliance and investigations.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding and training programs.
• Support workforce planning and seasonal hiring partnerships.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and reporting.
