Job summary

Primarily based in Hebron, OH, the HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Human Resources function in our high-volume Central Ohio Operations facilities and assigned corporate functions. The HRBP will serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees across multiple brands and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience in a high-volume environment.
• SPHR/PHR certification preferred.
• Strong project management and multitasking ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, policies, and program administration.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and follow-up action planning.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and policy management.
• Assist with performance management and development plans.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and learning programs.
• Collaborate with EHSS on incident reporting and safety processes.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting.
