Job summary

MANE is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for its production facility in Lebanon, OH. The role partners with leadership to drive HR solutions in a manufacturing environment, focusing on employee relations, investigations, and workforce planning.

You will guide performance processes, coach leaders, and ensure policy compliance while balancing business and people priorities. The successful candidate will have 5+ years HR experience (3+ as HRBP), strong employment-law knowledge, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Five+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years as HRBP.
• Experience in employee relations or advisory role.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience.
• Leading investigations from intake to follow-up with documentation.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Guide performance management, goal setting, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
• Serve as the expert for employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Plan and conduct fair, timely investigations; document findings and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, EHS on case resolution and risk mitigation.
• Coach leaders on difficult conversations and policy application.
• Support workforce planning, onboarding, and internal mobility.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and health and safety requirements.
• Use HR data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
