You will support onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience with labor relations and CBAs.
• Experience providing HR consultation to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to translate business priorities into HR strategies.
• Manage employee relations and investigations while coaching leaders.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning for site roles.
• Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
