Job summary

Worthington Steel is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with plant leadership in Delta, Ohio to align people strategies with business objectives and drive talent development. You will coach leaders on performance, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations, while leading full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/operations
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
• Proven ability to coach leaders and influence business decisions
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using HR metrics and data to drive business decisions
