The role partners with leaders to address employee relations, learning and development, performance management, compliance, and HRIS data integrity in a high‑volume environment. You will serve as a trusted advisor, drive engagement and culture initiatives, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and collaborate with EHSS and staffing

Responsibilities

• Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging workplace environment.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR policies and programs.
• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and manage investigations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and policies.
• Provide coaching to managers on goal setting and performance reviews.
• Promote continuous learning and skill development.
• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Deliver comprehensive onboarding programs and manage exits.
