Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Employee Success Business Partner Manager to join the ES4ES client group, partnering directly with HR and People leaders who shape Salesforce's workforce. This role acts as a trusted advisor to directors and senior managers, guiding talent initiatives, succession planning, and workforce strategy with a strong focus on AI/agent integration and organizational change.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years as HR/ES Business Partner or similar advisory role.
Ability to analyze people data and tie to business outcomes.
Experience leading leaders (director/senior-manager) in HR contexts.
Familiarity with change management frameworks to enable culture and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

HR-for-HR partnership: align talent initiatives with annual goals and hiring strategy.
