• 5-7 years in HR/ES BP or similar talent advisory role, with director/senior-manager clients.
• Curiosity for how business operates and AI impact on the workforce.
• Experience guiding teams through organizational change using established frameworks.
• Ability to analyze people data and connect it to business outcomes.
• Strong relationship-building across diverse teams and networks.
• Alignment with Salesforce Values & Behaviors for the role.

Responsibilities

• HR-for-HR partnership to align talent initiatives with FY goals and hiring strategies.
• Leadership advisory and coaching to directors/senior managers to improve retention and outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence in succession planning, merit/compensation reviews, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate across Legal, Finance, and HR COEs to translate global strategy to local guidance.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor team health and link GIS survey data to business metrics.
