Salesforce, a leading AI CRM company, is seeking an Employee Success Business Partner Manager in Seattle. You will act as a trusted advisor to directors and senior managers, guiding people strategies, organizational change, and workforce transformation in a fast-paced environment.

You'll partner with HR leaders across ES4ES/HR4HR to drive talent initiatives, measure impact, and translate global strategy into local actions, leveraging analytics and cross-functional collaboration to improve

Qualifications

5–7 years as HR/ES Business Partner or similar talent advisory role
Ability to analyze people data and connect to business outcomes
Experience supporting directors/senior-managers with organizational change
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Serve as proactive consultant to HR and people leaders on strategy, transformation, engagement, and AI/Agent integration at team/function level
Provide values-aligned coaching to leaders and bridge perspectives to improve retention and outcomes
Lead talent cycles: succession planning, merit and compensation reviews, workforce planning
Collaborate with Legal, Finance and HR COEs to translate global strategy into local guidance
Use data-driven insights to monitor team health and connect engagement data to business metrics
