Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Employee Success Business Partner Manager to join the ES4ES/HR4HR team. You will act as a trusted advisor to directors and senior managers across Employee Success, guiding people strategy and talent initiatives.

You’ll drive HR-for-HR partnerships, provide leadership coaching anchored in Trust and Innovation, and lead organizational change while collaborating with Legal, Finance and COEs to translate strategy into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as an HR/ES Business Partner or similar talent advisory role.
• Ability to influence director/senior-manager level clients.
• Strong business acumen and curiosity about AI's impact on work.

Responsibilities

• HR-for-HR partnership to support organizational strategy and hiring.
• Leadership advisory and coaching anchored in Trust, Customer Success, Innovation and Equality.
• Operational excellence in talent cycles including succession and compensation reviews.
