Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Employee Success Business Partner Manager to partner with HR and senior leaders, shaping talent strategies, coaching leaders, and driving workforce initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with ESBP, Workforce Transformation, AGентIC Talent Experience, and HR COEs to translate strategy into actionable guidance.

You will apply data-driven insights to monitor team health, support retention, and ensure alignment with fiscal year goals while collaborating

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience as an HR/ES Business Partner or similar talent advisory role.
Ability to align talent initiatives with fiscal goals and hiring strategies.
Strong consultative skills to support leaders through change and engagement challenges.

Responsibilities

HR-for-HR partnership: act as a proactive consultant to people leaders to support strategy and goals.
Leadership advisory & coaching: provide values-aligned coaching to senior leaders.
Operational excellence: manage talent cycles including succession and merit reviews.
Cross-functional collaboration: mobilize stakeholders across Legal, Finance and HR COEs.
Analytics & impact measurement: use data to monitor team health and retention metrics.
