Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR/ES Business Partner or similar advisory experience.
• Curiosity for how business operates, growth trajectories, product lifecycles, and AI impact on workforce.
• Experience guiding teams through organizational change using established frameworks.
• Ability to analyze people data and connect it to business outcomes.
• Strong ability to build high-trust, cross-functional relationships.
• Education evaluated by alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role.

Responsibilities

• HR-for-HR partnership: align talent initiatives with fiscal year goals and hiring strategies for the client group.
• Leadership advisory & coaching: provide values-aligned coaching anchored in Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, and Equality.
• Operational excellence: execute talent cycles including succession planning, merit and compensation reviews, and workforce planning.
• Cross-functional collaboration: mobilize stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and HR COEs.
• Analytics & impact: use data-driven insights to monitor team health and link GIS data to retention risk and team effectiveness.
