Salesforce is seeking an Employee Success Business Partner Manager to partner with HR and senior leaders across Employee Success. You will guide people strategy, talent programs, and workforce transformation within a trusted advisory framework.

As a strategic coach to directors and senior managers, you will align talent initiatives with business goals, support AI-enabled workforce changes, and drive meaningful people outcomes across the org.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years as an HR/ES Business Partner or similar talent advisory role.
• Strong business and tech acumen; curiosity about AI's impact on the workforce.
• Experience using change-management frameworks to improve culture.
• Ability to analyze people data and link it to business outcomes.
• Natural ability to build high-trust relationships across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• HR-for-HR partnership aligning talent initiatives with fiscal year goals and hiring strategies.
• Leadership advisory and coaching to executives, driving retention and engagement.
• Execute talent cycles including succession planning and merit/compensation reviews.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and HR COEs.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor team health and biouhn relevant metrics.
