Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Employee Success Business Partner Manager within the ES4ES HR4HR client group to partner with HR and People leaders shaping the workforce. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to directors and senior managers across ESBP, Workforce Transformation, and HR COEs, driving talent initiatives and outcomes that matter for team health and retention.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR/ES BP or similar talent advisory experience.
• Curiosity for how business operates, growth, product lifecycles, and AI impact on workforce.
• Experience guiding teams through organizational change using established frameworks.
• Ability to analyze people data and connect it to business outcomes.
• Proven ability to build high-trust cross-functional relationships.
• Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders to align talent initiatives with strategic goals.
• Provide advisory coaching to senior leaders to navigate organizational change.
• Lead talent cycles including succession planning and workforce planning for client groups.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR COEs to translate strategy into local guidance.
• Use engagement data to monitor health and link to retention metrics.
