Salesforce seeks an Employee Success Business Partner Manager within the ES4ES/HR4HR client group, partnering directly with HR and People leaders to shape Salesforce's workforce. You will work with directors and senior managers across ESBP, Workforce Transformation, Agentic Talent Experience, and HR COEs.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving organizational change, talent cycles, and data-driven insights to improve retention and team effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as an HR/ES Business Partner or similar advisory role.
• Ability to align talent initiatives with strategic goals and budgets.
• Strong change management skills to guide organizational transformation.
• Data literacy to link people metrics to business outcomes.
• Proven relationship-building across diverse teams and executives.
• Education evaluated based on alignment to Salesforce values and behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Act as proactive consultant to people leaders to support strategy, transformation, engagement and AI/Agent integration.
• Provide advisory and coaching to senior leaders, fostering trust and alignment.
• Lead talent cycles such as succession planning and compensation reviews.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and HR COEs to translate global strategy to local guidance.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor team health and retention risk.
