Salesforce seeks an Employee Success Business Partner Manager to join the ES4ES/HR4HR group, partnering with HR and People leaders shaping Salesforce's workforce strategy and talent programs.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to directors and senior managers across ESBP, Workforce Transformation, Agentic Talent Experience, and HR COEs, guiding change and engagement using data-driven insights to improve retention and team effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as an HR/ES Business Partner or similar talent advisory role.
• Experience advising director/senior-manager level clients.

Responsabilités

• HR-for-HR partnership to align talent initiatives with goals and hiring strategies.
• Leadership advisory and coaching to leaders across ESBP, Workforce Transformation, and HR COEs.
• Operational excellence through succession planning, merit/compensation reviews, and workforce planning.
