Sysmex America, Inc in Lincolnshire, IL seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner to designated business groups, translating business priorities into people strategies that strengthen capability and drive results.

You will collaborate with leaders on talent planning, employee relations, performance, compensation, engagement, and organizational design, using data and insights to inform decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; 5–7 years HR experience.
• Strong consulting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with employee relations, performance, and organizational design.
