Job summary

ADM is seeking a Human Resources Manager located in Decatur, IL. This hands-on HR business partner will drive people strategies in support of AS&O across North America, partnering with leaders to strengthen leadership capability and workforce planning.

Responsibilities include talent reviews, succession planning, organization design, employee relations, and development initiatives. The role requires ~7+ years HR experience and a Bachelor's degree, with on-site support to the Decatur HQ.

Qualifications

• Approximately 7+ years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources or closely related roles.
• Experience partnering with leaders, influencing decisions, and executing HR priorities.
• Experience across core HR disciplines including talent management, succession planning, performance, employee relations, workforce planning, and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR business partner for AS&O leaders, providing consultation across talent, leadership and workforce strategy.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning, identify critical roles, and develop leadership pipelines.
• Support organization design, role clarity, team effectiveness, and organizational capability.
• Provide practical guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Promote leadership development, onboarding, and continuous learning.
