Job summary

Sysmex Corporation, headquartered in Kobe and located in Lincolnshire, Illinois, is seeking a Talent & Organizational Development Senior Manager to lead the enterprise portfolio and alignment with Sysmex Way and One Americas priorities.

You will partner with HR, regional teams, and leaders to design scalable talent and leadership-development solutions, ensure governance, and measure business impact across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in talent development, leadership development, or related field.
• Experience designing enterprise, regional, or multi-business talent initiatives.
• Leadership program design and facilitation experience.
• Experience with succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential programs.
• Strong communication, advisory, and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Talent & Organizational Development roadmap and annual plan.
• Translate business strategy into scalable talent programs and governance.
• Design and deliver leadership development pathways and coaching resources.
• Manage talent reviews, succession planning, and readiness initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, leadership programs, and career development offerings.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to drive workforce outcomes.
