Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; typically 5–7 years HR experience.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to learn business strategy and workforce implications.
• Strong consulting skills to diagnose needs and influence stakeholders.
• Broad knowledge of HR principles and employment laws; experience with employee relations and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret workforce data.
• Ability to build credibility and relationships with leaders and associates at all levels.
• Able to prioritize and execute work independently while maintaining communication and follow-through.
• English (verbal and written) strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds trusted partnerships with leaders and associates in designated business groups; align HR priorities with business objectives.
• Acts as strategic advisor to leaders on organizational and people matters; diagnose needs and provide practical recommendations.
• Leverages workforce data and metrics to identify trends and inform recommendations.
• Leads employee relations matters and workplace investigations; coaches managers on performance and resolutions.
• Partners with leaders on talent and organizational priorities including workforce planning and succession.
• Reviews engagement and retention metrics and translates findings into action plans.
• Provides guidance on HR policies across supported geographies and ensures compliance.
• Collaborates across HR to deliver integrated solutions and drive enterprise initiatives.
