Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and 7+ years IT-business alignment experience.
• BRMP certification preferred to enhance credentialing.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic interface between business functions and One IT, aligning priorities with technology capabilities.
• Lead One IT relationship management for assigned business functions and participate in technology planning.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology direction with clear constraints and risks.
• Facilitate intake of requests, evaluate scope and priority to align with enterprise standards.
• Conduct post-implementation health checks to assess outcomes and adoption opportunities.
• Collaborate with governance to ensure initiatives meet standards and manage material risks.
• Identify systemic issues and drive cross-functional improvements between business and technology teams.
• Perform additional responsibilities to support evolving priorities.
• Travel: 10%.
