Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Talent & Organizational Development to drive leadership development programs and succession planning across the Americas. This role partners with HR and business leaders to translate strategy into scalable programs and governance structures.

You will design pathways for leaders at all levels, manage budgets and vendors, and advance engagement, retention, and performance outcomes in a regulated, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in talent development, leadership development, or related areas.
• 4+ years leading enterprise or regional talent initiatives.
• Experience designing leadership development solutions and workshops.
• Experience with succession planning, talent reviews, and nine-box processes.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, budgets, and vendors; translate data into insights.
• Master's degree preferred; professional HR certifications preferred.
• Experience in matrix/global/regulatory environments; industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Talent & Organizational Development roadmap.
• Translate business strategy into scalable talent programs and tools.
• Design development pathways for leaders across levels; include coaching, mentoring, and assessments.
• Maintain processes for critical-role identification, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Lead onboarding and leadership programs, career development, mentoring, and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Consult with leaders and HR to determine capability needs and align with business outcomes.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and capability assessments; maintain facilitation standards.
