Job summary

Insperity, a leading provider of HR solutions, seeks an experienced Senior Human Resource Specialist to align resources and deliver customized HR services for client goals. You will collaborate with client senior leaders, diagnose HR issues, and guide policy and practice across states.

You’ll engage internal teams and clients, driving compliance, performance, and strategic HR initiatives while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Eight or more years of end-to-end HR operations experience with a focus on HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Manager roles.
• Experience in multi-state companies with at least 500 employees.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment is preferred.
• Travel up to 30% of time.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned clients, delivering customized HR services aligned with clients’ business goals.
• Develops and maintains strategic relationships with client HR leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Advises clients on HR compliance, benefits, wage/hour regulations and employee relations.
• Collaborates with internal teams to deliver value-added HR solutions and guidance.
• Documents client interactions in appropriate client management systems and databases.
• Leads project teams and trainings to improve processes and client solutions.
