Job summary

Insperity is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align resources and services with client management, improving performance and reducing risk. You will advise on employee relations, benefits, wage and hour, and performance management while delivering strategic HR guidance.

Collaborating across internal teams and with client executives, you will support workforce planning, training needs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• Two to five years of related Human Resources experience is required.
• PHR, SPHR and/or SHRM Certified Professional or Senior Professional (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, federal/state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business and contribute to client success and retention.
• Advise client management on employee relations, benefits, wage and hour, and performance management.
• Collaborate on HR strategy alignment with client goals.
• Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Provide HR policy guidance and best practices to clients and management.
• Support workforce planning and training needs; ensure regulatory compliance.
