Job summary

Insperity in Coppell, TX seeks an experienced Human Resource Consultant to partner with client senior and C-suite leaders, delivering customized HR service solutions aligned with business goals. You will manage diverse client portfolios, apply knowledge of employee relations, benefits, compliance, and compensation, and guide internal teams to drive performance, retention, and value across all 50 states.

This role emphasizes strategic advisory, project leadership, and strong relationship building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of end-to-end HR operations experience with a focus on HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Manager roles.
• Experience operating in multi-state companies with at least 500 employees.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned clients and contributes to clients overall success and retention with high satisfaction.
• Builds strategic relationships with client HR leaders and senior management.
• Advises clients on HR compliance and business goals, tailoring approaches as needed.
• Provides guidance on employee relations, benefits, wage and hour regulations, and performance management across all states.
• Collaborates with internal support teams to deliver HR services and solutions.
• Leads projects and focus groups to improve client processes and solutions.
