Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Senior Human Resource Specialist to align client resources with business goals and deliver strategic HR services. You will partner with client senior leaders to drive performance, manage internal projects, and provide trusted advisory support.

The role requires deep knowledge of employee relations, compliance, benefits, and wage/hour practices across 50 states, plus strong data analytics to inform policy decisions. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field required.
• Eight+ years of end-to-end HR operations experience with a focus on HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Manager roles.
• Experience in multi-state companies with 500+ employees required.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned clients and delivers customized HR services.
• Builds strategic relationships with client HR leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Advises on HR compliance, benefits, wage/hour and employee relations across states.
• Collaborates with internal teams to improve processes and drive client value.
• Documents client interactions accurately in management systems.
