Insperity seeks a Senior Human Resource Specialist to align resources and deliver customized HR service solutions for clients’ goals, improving performance management and business results. The role partners with client senior leaders, acts as a trusted advisor, and guides internal projects to deliver client value.

Responsibilities include managing complex client relationships, providing HR guidance, and ensuring compliance with employment laws across all states.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is required.
• Eight or more years of end-to-end HR operations experience with focus on HR Generalist/HR BP roles.
• Experience in multi-state companies with 500+ employees is required.
• Travel up to 30% of time.
• Experience in matrixed environments preferred.
