You will manage a portfolio of multi-state clients, providing guidance on employee relations, compliance, benefits, and wage/hour regulations, and partnering with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Eight or more years of end-to-end HR operations experience, focusing on HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Manager roles.
• Experience in multi-state companies with 500+ employees.
• Matrixed environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned clients with high satisfaction and retention.
• Develops and maintains strategic relationships with client HR leaders and senior leaders.
• Advises clients on HR compliance, benefits, wage and hour regulations, and performance management.
• Provides HR guidance including policy interpretation and best practices across all states.
• Collaborates with internal teams and pilots new tools and processes to improve client value.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
