Insperity is hiring a Human Resource Consultant to align resources and deliver customized HR services for diverse client businesses across multiple states. You will work with client senior leaders and KDMs to build trusted relationships and guide strategic HR initiatives.

Travel up to 30% is expected as you coordinate with internal teams and clients, facilitate trainings, ensure compliance with employment laws across all states, and deliver value-added HR solutions that support client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field required.
• Eight or more years of HR operations experience with a focus on HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Manager roles.
• Experience in multi-state companies with 500+ employees.
• Experience collaborating with client senior leadership, C-Suite, and Key Decision Makers (KDMs).
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages assigned client HR operations with focus on performance management and compliance.
• Builds relationships with client HR leaders and senior leaders.
• Analyzes HR data to drive policy recommendations and improvements.
• Leads projects and cross-functional teams to deliver client HR solutions.
• Documents all client interactions in appropriate systems.
