Job summary

Meta is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning business strategy with people strategy and guiding organizational health, talent effectiveness, culture, and change.

The HRBP will partner with Directors and VP-level leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, performance, and employee engagement, driving large-scale transformations and coaching leaders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 8+ years in HR Business Partner or strategic HR roles.
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives at VP/SVP level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on people and organizational strategies.
• Lead or support organizational design initiatives and health analytics.
• Guide succession planning, leadership development, and performance processes.
• Advise on culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives and action plans.
