The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of HRBP experience in global or matrixed contexts, strong judgment, and a track record in coaching, data analysis, and change management, with a passion for scaling people programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
• Experience helping global and/or highly matrixed organizations scale.
• Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business.
• Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrates empathy and experience driving community-building work.
• Demonstrates project management and change management experience.
• Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and strategically solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver targeted solutions with a focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning and team building.
• Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels.
• Assess organizational needs and implement effective solutions.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
• Drive talent management strategies and development plans.
• Oversee Performance Summary Cycle and engagement surveys.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams.
• Partner with regional HR for global strategy and execution; support Employee Relations as needed.
• Design and facilitate team/offsite meetings.
• Lead HR projects as part of the extended HR community.
