Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
• Experience helping global and/or highly matrixed organizations scale.
• Demonstrates judgment and risk assessment skills for business needs.
• Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable solutions with focus on growth and change.
• Provide strategic partnership, coaching, and thought leadership.
• Assess needs and implement solutions across teams and orgs.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to power decisions.
• Drive talent management and development plans.
• Manage Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement surveys.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, Legal, HR Programs.
• Partner with regional HR to align global strategy and execution.
• Support Employee Relations as needed and lead projects.
