Meta is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership across product or functional organizations. This role connects business strategy with people strategy and drives organizational health, talent effectiveness, culture, and change.

The HRBP will work with Directors and VPs on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and leadership development in a large tech environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years HR experience with focus on business strategy alignment.
• Experience partnering with VP/SVP-level leaders.
• Technology company or complex org experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on people and organizational strategies.
• Lead or support workforce planning and organizational design.
• Coach leaders on high-performing teams and culture.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, and analytics teams.
• Drive large-scale organizational changes with data-driven HR solutions.
