United Petroleum Transports Inc is seeking an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management across designated units. You will consult with leaders to determine HR capabilities, administer LOA processes, manage Talent Acquisition and onboarding, and ensure compliance with federal/state laws.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and HRIS proficiency, with a focus on business literacy and risk management.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of HR/Benefits experience in progressively more complex roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, employee relations, performance management and employment laws.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with business leaders to understand strategy and identify HR capabilities.
• Provide training and guidance on employment law, HR compliance, harassment, and FMLA/ADA/Title VII.
• Administer LOA processes including STD/LTD claims for the region.
• Manage Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and HRIS tasks.
• Participate in evaluation of training programs and ensure objectives are met.
• Partner with managers to meet business objectives while maintaining policy compliance.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and counsel management.
• Conduct weekly new employee orientation virtually or in-person.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage HR processes with accuracy.
